N43 chain replacement
Discussion
I purchased a 2010 1 series 116i (2.0 litre N43) and the lovely red oil light has come on when I parked it after purchase. I knew it needed work but the car was in overall good condition with 123k miles.
I have a mechanic who said he'd do the chain, tensioner etc (tbh, I'm not sure exactly what parts are needed for him to do the work). I'll purchase the parts, he'll fit them.
Anyone here know the links to the parts I'll need? I already have the LL04 oil, just need the parts to give him the car.
Thank in advance.
(Also, if anyone knows the cheapest place for service parts, it'll probably be easier to get him to do it at the same time)

There have been some topics on this on other forums that point to changing the timing chain tensioner can alleviate the issues. If it is that, then I don't mind giving that a go to see if the problem is rectified.

Other than that, I have no experience of these engines so am going by a worst case scenario.
