My F11 2016 535d with the later N57 Engine has very recently decided to start hesitating at low (Sub 1500-2000) rpm, I notice it most at around 30 ish mph so when the auto box has chosen 5th, if I manually drop to 4th (in this example) and the rev's raise the issue clears. Its more of a splutter than a missfire.

I'm aware of alot of the common problems on the N57, but I've not been able to pinpoint this issue to anything I've read previously (thinking DPF, EGR issue or chain related concerns).

Car as said is an F11 2016 and has done 83k, FSH, last oil change 69.5k iDrive shows next oil service due in 3000 Miles.

A couple of things I did read was about an EGR recall? I have had some Recalls done (airbag was definitely one), is there also a link for checking BMW Service history online?

Thanks in advance.

Inlet manifold and vacuum hoses would be a good place to look - hoses get brittle. Then pressure converters and/or a stuck actuator.

Try doing some diagnostics, is the small turbo boosting properly? Do you have a code reader that can read real time data from the ECU? Also make sure the EGR isn’t sticking open for any reason. I did get this a few times on my 2014 535d when coming off a cruise and going to WOT to over-take, it reduced after I got my EGR cooler replaced.

Exactly that /\. Proper diagnosis is the key to avoiding the parts cannon being fired at the car, needlessly. Differential pressure across the DPF is a good one to monitor, and requested vs actual boost pressures. Also check the MAP sensor readings are sensible as they can get clogged with sooty PCV residue.

At 83K, it would probably benefit from a carbon clean. Intake, anti shudder valve, swirl flaps, EGR, all of it. The injectors may also benefit from a relaxing and soothing ultrasonic cleaning bath.

The only common problem with the N57 is neglect. It's a tank of an engine if looked after.
