I’ve always liked BMW’s but this is right on the home page of the website. Are they in competition with Lexus for who can make the worst looking car?

After all the baboons bottom jokes about the ridiculous grilles of late, who on earth thought drawing even more attention to them was a good idea? laugh

They’re both hideous. BMW seem to be trying to find new ways to make absolutely revolting cars.

That black and red things is ridiculously disgusting.

Sorry, but I like the new Seven. In the flesh it has real presence, a strong hint of Rolls Royce in the blocky styling and detailing and has finally got away from the bland 'executive airport run/pub landlord' image of 7's past.

I saw one like this at Stratstone a week or two ago. In terms of presence it absolutely flattens the S Class.

Think it's better looking than some of the current fleet (X6, XM, i4) as it suits that big luxury style more.

iX is possibly the most hideous thing going.

There is a base model 218i at work, my mum had the earlier 235i cab and I always thought it was a looker. This new one is so gash I can't really put it into words...

BMW's have never looked good from the front.

Luckily when you're driving you can't see the front.

When you get home you reverse it onto the drive so everyone else can see the hideous front but you can see the better styled side and rear out your window.

BMW, along with other European marques, have gone after the Chinese market.

The problem is, the Chinese have made buying a BMWs and others a no go for 99% of Chinese.

They have gone from super desirable, and a 24 month wait to now having 6 months of new cars sat in fields with no buyers.

It is a real problem.
