Old dealer - Park West BMW circa 2000-2001

I am trying to track down a photo of a number plate and dealer window sticker from this (now closed) BMW dealer in order to replicate both for my restored 2001 E39. The car was ordered in December 2001 and supplied in March 2001 on a Y plate. Online searches haven't yielded a result. If any Pistonheads member happens to have either the plate or sticker on a Park West supplied car from the time, I'd be very grateful for their help.

BMW Park Lane West , BMW Park Lane would be the correct designation.
