Hello

finally got round to installing this but i cant get the app to connect.

i put the default password in 1234567890 but then it says connected but no internet available from device

any ideas?

running android.

it stopped. he stopped walking past. i couldnt get to follow him. i assume the camera threw him off for a bit

then 4 days ago it started again, his urge must of been too great. but this time i have him on camera doing it (as its now lighter in mornings)

the past 2 days ive waited at 5 30am and hes not walked past

Your phone WiFi will be used with the camera, so the "no internet" will pop up.
But when using the app on your phone, you will now be able to edit the settings and view love/recordings.

can you explain that slightly more please?

how does it connect when i'm not near the house. can it use 4g?

Sorry, i never came back to you on this.

When i bought my BMW, this cam fitted, i was able to connect to the camera only, with my phone.
Once connected I also had the message on my phone that there was no Internet. This is because the Wifi is tied up to communicating with the camera.

There may be an option to have the phone connected to the camera via wifi and to the Internet with 4G, but i've not tried to work it out.

Also if there is an option to allow you to view recordings on the camera, without having to be near it or in the car, then i would assume that the car would need on-board wifi. Mine doesn't have that, so i have to sit in the car, connect the phone to the camera wifi and then use the app to look at the recordings.
