Normal effect of burning a hydrocarbon and then passing out into cold air where it condenses
OR
You have a crack allowing coolant into the exhaust.
How does it smell ?
All cars 'steam' when the air is cold enough to condense the gases though of course (except when the exhaust pipe is so cold it condenses fully in the exhaust itself and drips out of the tailpipe), when fully warmed, the exhaust hot, the gasses disperse more before condensing and you dont see it
