My car (2019 G20) has suffered the curse of all 3 series and the washer jets are blocked.
BMW charged my mate £200 to unblock his as his washer bottle was full of mould. They claimed it was caused by cheap screenwash, despite it only ever having BMW screenwash (as has mine)
Has anybody got access to a technical manual so I can see how easy it is to access

If it’s like most modern BMWs it’ll be wheel off, arch liner off, access washer bottle.

A friend was quoted 1hr labour recently for this by an Indy.

Never had it on any of my 3 series. My F30 handbook says this. Hence why I only use BMW screenwash (I note, that you say you have …?)

It'll be the filter inside the reservoir that's blocked. Drain as much as you can and refill with clean water with a couple of Milton tablets in it.

On my car few years ago I just prised the wheel arch liner back a bit and was able to pull the filter etc out and clean it off.

Do you have to take the pump out?

Yes. Normally. There is a filter at the base that gets blocked.

It's a bottle out, pumps out and filter out jobby really...

Tablets won't do the job well enough
