How are the prices fairing up on theses now. It would seem that private sales are nearly identical in price to BMW Dealers.
Im looking for a Black Facelift model with coms and full leather.


Any recommendations ?

Yip, the X5s are STILL holding their prices remarkably well. If you can afford it, I'd just order a new one (if you can wait) or buy one of the nearly-new dealer ones if you can find the spec you want.
