Key fob failure
Discussion
The key fob to my 550i needs the battery replacing, unfortunately the fob is the sealed unit type.
DIY battery replacement is not an option so I have found a company called autotronics.co.u.k. who are advertising that they can sort the problem for about £60 which is a lot less than BMW want !
Any experiences please?

I had my e85 Z4 key sorted with these guys - https://www.themasterlocksmith.com/product-tag/bmw...
They refreshed the 3 microswitches for the buttons and put a new battery in for £28.48. All done in 4 days.
