LED indicators that won't upset the car?

For some reason the only non-LED lights on my G30 530i are the front indicators - can anyone recommend a set of straight-swap LED bulbs that won't potentially upset the car? I know that sometimes swapping to LEDs on BMWs can sometimes have unexpected results (due to the difference in power draw?).
