Where to sell winter tyres/alloy combo - NOT EBAY

Been ripped off on Ebay multiple times so have closed down both my Ebay and Paypal accounts.

I've got some BMW alloys fitted with tyres - where would fellow BMW owners go online to look for these parts ? Which forums other than PH etc?
I looked at PH classifieds but it looks like minimal activity there re parts section.

Not putting exact details of the items as don't want it to be construed as an advert !

Probably Facebook market place.

Be prepared for similar levels of cretiny to eBay though.....

I'd try a forum specific to the model of the car, like z4forum for a z4, babybmw.net for a 1 or 2 Series, etc.

Never had any issues on eBay.

Stuff like that is best sold and collected/paid for in person but eBays managed payments now is so much better than PayPal, maybe reconsider it…

Facebook market place can be hard work. Facebook is full of illiterate knobbers without 2 pennies to rub together, so you take your chances…

Gumtree can work as can the car forums. But if you’re not on them & join just to sell, they may have a 50 min post allowance before you can do just that etc…

Yes, recently sold MV3s from my old E91 on E90Post and all went well. Similarly got no interest at all from the PH Classifieds despite listing them 5-6 times.

Definitely worked for me - I've sold 4 sets on z4forum. And also bought a few!
