X5 questions.......

Hi,
Normally in the Porsche section, and no more about them than my recently bought X5 3.0d
Anyway an few questions that i would appreciate any help on.....
1. for some reason my N/S wing mirror has stopped pointing downwards when i put the car into reverse, i've obviously pushed a button somewhere, but want it back if poss ??
2. On the rear centre console, there is a jack socket for A/V in, can i play a DVD through there and have that come up on the TV screen ???
3. Is there a way to enable the TV to work on the move ???

Assuming it's similar to my 7 and 5 series, move the switch you use to select which wing mirror you are going to adjust, to the other side. Should start working again then.

Thanks Daz, but already done that, as it was same on my old AMG, i think it's in the settings somewhere.

I'm now running my second X5 diesel after 3 years and 50,000 + miles of trouble free motoring with the first.
To get the N/S mirror to point down to the curb whilst reversing, put the toggle switch that alternates between N/S and O/S into the O/S position.
If that doesn't work, sounds like you have a problem.
