E34 525tds - whaddya reckon?

I'm after something to munch up my 80 mile daily commute (preferably diesel) and has air-con. Saw these two motors and am intrigued:

is the 525tds a good car? Would such high milers be a dodgy buy?

Any pointers/tips mucho appreciatos!

Well thanks a lot for the opinions.

I bought the higher mileage one of the two above - even though it has done 50k more than the other one it was in fantastic condition and had aircon (the other one was scabby and test-driving it on a blazingly hot day helped me make up my mind).

Finding it hard to get over the 200k psychological barrier though!

I E34 is not without its problems, I would find a good E36 3 series 325td if you can?
