E39 Window Wonders!

Filling up with petrol at an unfamiliar small rural garage today when , I hear a loud beeping noise. I take out my new mobile to see what's happening, then feel foolish as I realise that the noise is in fact to tell the punter at the carwash that the wash cycle is about to change.

Anyway I finish filling and go into the kiosk. The credit card transaction takes ages during which time I hear the beeping again.

I get in my car and as I start to drive off, I realise that every window is wide open I wound them all up, but the rear o/s window winds down and has to be wound up again. :rotate:

Please, someone tell me WTF was that all about? :confused:

I've had the windows on my E39 open themselves, without AFAIK me asking them to.

Moby in the same pocket as the car keys ?

Take it down the dealers and get them to switch off the key fob function to open the windows.

I'm not sure your problem is the same as mine was, but that fixed it for me.
