E60 M5 on the ring

I think we are the first english customers to drive one round the ring, and to be honest it was better than i thought.
Incredibly poised, very fast and generally really accesible. Also the brakes seemed to hold up pretty well.
We did about 30 laps over the weekend.

How can it be undetectable?
I presueme they have changed a parameter on the ecu, therefore if BMW check the code then they will see the change.
Might not be able to see it with a quick look under the bonnet but they will be able to find out.
