OK, I've done the search and if this has been covered already, I can't find it...

I have the ubiquitous Business head unit and Multichanger in the back. Are there any options for integrating DAB into the setup? Does anyone know if the Business head unit has any DIN/phono line-in inputs into which a DAB tuner can be plugged? Would the head unit be able to control an outboard tuner even if it does have an aux source capability?

Or is it a case of buy a mounting/fascia adaptor and stick in a completely different unit, e.g. Woodstock?

No, it doesn't, no, yes

Its very easy to put a new unit in - halfrauds will flog you the right interface cables from the new headunit to the existing speaker/power loom so all you have to do is run the cable from the DAB/CD changer in the boot (they fit quite nicely under the rear shelf, or if you buy an Apline unit it "should" fit directly into the space used by the BM changer) and away you go.

Shouldn't take too long

Silly isn't it, you can get digital TV in the new cars, but digital radio .. BMW support it in the States but not here. Is it the same system Europe-wide?
