E36 front bumper replacement

Had the misfortune to hit a badger this week which has resulted in a split bumper now hanging lose on the n/s edge, lost half the wheel arch liner and n/s foglight too.

Am weighing up my options for sorting this, without spending lots as the car isn't worth much plus it's service time on this and the other car soon which is going to cost.

Anyone know of cheap bodyshops in Herts/North London area?

If I have a go myself does anyone have any tips from similar expereinces?

I see German+Swedish are pretty cheap on bodyparts but can anyone recommend a breakers that could be even cheaper?
