M3 Rear Light Cluster

Hopefully getting an Atlantis blue M3 in a week. Coz its a 2002 it has the ols light rear cluster , does anyone know how easy the conversion is and likely cost.???

A dealer will do it for you but sting for £400+ I think

Doesnt sound to bad, ive been reading other comments about adapter plugs and the like including reprogramming some bits. Does all this have to be done if so do you know likely cost?
