Seen a 89 G red 215bhp M3, Uk car, 130K new engine 20k ago (fitted by a BMW dealer) recon box Engine bay repainted (not accident damage) and the usual stone chip resprays at the front. All electrics no A/C. Tidy cloth seats, No signs of rust around the front screen, side windows, rear arches and the weld in the front door shuts (where the 1/4 panel joins). Drives well with no rattles, fresh schnitzer suspension. Had the car up on a ramp no signs of rust on the underside. Its up for £11500 is that a reasonable price for a tidy car? do i need to check anything else?

Sounds far to high to me....that sort of spec in germany would be 7-8k maybe 9k here.... but you can get good m3 with lower miles than that

I hear what you are saying but look at the spec quoted.....for the price you are getting a 20k mileage car with new suspension and by the sounds of it a well looked after car with history.
Now I still fell it is slightly above price ( aim for 10k) but really good ones are getting harder to find and this one is worth investigating.
You do know that germany are buying back our good ones which we imported from them in the 1st place!!

I dont think you have the right to me - I worked all last year in Luxembourg - you see a few e30's about in/around that area - local garage had a black evo 2 which was nice - but I wouldnt spend over 10k on one.....
