Wheel Refurbing - help!

Hi everyone!
My girlfriend and I have recently taken delivery of our fantastic E46 M3 from Sytners in Nottingham. It's finished in one of the individual paint colours, Diamond Metallic and looks stunning...
...well it did do until some swine decided to key the boot lid last week - ba*stards! It's being resprayed as I type this...
To make things worse we managed to curb the off side front alloy over the weekend - whoops!!
We asked Sytners to refurb it but they said it's BMW's policy to replace the wheel rather than fix it! I couldn't believe it! Cheeky sods! Does any one know of a decent company that would make a good job of the 19"er, preferably in the midlands/notts area? Also, would we need to get the wheels re-balanced afterwards?
