Saw one this morning was badged "3.4S" on the side. But no Alpina badges. It certainly looked like a standard 3.0, I didn't notice if it had aftermarket wheels or not.

Just been on BMW.co.uk but can't see a 3.4. What was it? a debadged Alpina?

Yep Alpina special, apparently the 5.0 Hartge version is fantastic, if very expensive!

Retail price is 108693.10 euros for the Hartge Z4

There's a second hand one, reg 2003, LHD, 26000km up for 68500 euros (plus tax) at HQ.

Here's my Alpina.

Maldives Blue with the Lux Pack.
Having had two TVR Tuscans previously I love this. It is so much more civilised and yet it feels just as quick as you can get the power straight down.
Going over to Buchloe in June as part of the BMWCC Factory Tour, and will meet the Technician who built my engine.

They had a very nice Sapphire Black Alpina Z4 at Sytner in Stratford last week. It had the Alpina logo on the front splitter, but only embossed, not painted, so it was quite subtle.

sound to me as if it is the alpina, you can have them debadged but who would'nt want ALPINA stuck to the side of their car, it's the alpina alright

I only have the embossed Logo on the front of mine.
I've only seen one Roadster S with a painted Logo and that was on an Alpina Blue car. Believe it or not this colour is actually special order only and adds £1000 to the cost of the car ... a sort of limited edition of a very limited number of cars.

I'll stick to Maldives Blue !
