Do you guys run them and if so where do you get your parts in southern england??

You could try A1 Gearboxes, St. Neots or Ivan Autos, Potters Bar. Dunno if they do parts, but they know ZF stuff.

Or you could try ZF themselves: Yellow Pages knows where they are.
