Hi Guys currently a Cerby owner but m looking at buying an X5 , just saw a black 2001 3.0 diesel with custom hide interior ,front an rear Tv's 22" alloys and only 53,000 miles ,auto too.
I emailed the seller to ask how much he would accept to end auction early he said £20,000 ,,thats got to be too cheap for that model surely, strangley he said he would only accept a pay pal payment,,

i'd never buy a car off ebay without giving it a proper inspection first.. (before bidding)

I'd stay well clear. He's got a zero rating and wants to do PayPal only? sounds like a right chancer. Plus the car has been Chavved up with OTT wheels and TV screens

I agree with you, but due to the procedure of setting up an Ebay account i didnt think you could easily set up a dodgy sale,

I quite like the wheels and Tv's but id be more concerned it was cat d or just simply not his!

Phone him up... Leon 07855066027. Instead of looking at it as an Ebay auction, treat it as if you saw the ad in Autotrader.

Personally, I'd be a bit suss of a brand new member, but everyone has to start somewhere. I bought my 205gti from a 0 rated member, and I signed up for ebay specifically for that car, so 0 feedback isn't necessarily the end of the world. We both did a couple of emails and phone calls to determine we were both legit (as far as you can anyway), and then were both happy using Ebay as the mechanism.

Its a skam! That car has been on there before and he is a new user that is from essex and if you take a look at his standard postage arangements it says he will post to UK.

Will only release the car after full payment my pay pal.

Just report the skammer.
