E34 kit up

Hi guys, I’m new and wanted to introduce myself and also ask for help. Bought an e34 520i auto LPG and want to convert it and add new LS engine auto transmission and few modern electronics. Now to remove LPG and do the work and buy the engine etc, I have no clue. I need help, serious help. Can someone advise and maybe lend a hand where to buy parts and manage the project. My dad is disabled and he can’t drive manuals, so I’m doing it for him. I can buy a fancy car but the dude is old and he loves the old cars. Car is leaking oil and after all the reads from previous threads I need to change almost everything in the front. Will be grateful if you can really help out with anything and everything and if anyone in london to meet for face to face advice.
