I have a 2000 model 330Ci with a telephone cradle that presumably was installed when the car was new, but is now out of date. I have bought the upgrade kit but can't locate the brain of the phone. I am told it should be behind the glove box but it isn't and it looks to me that the wires lead to somewhere behind the radio. How on earth do you get the panels in the centre console out to look behind.....or is the answer 'I don't'. I have to send it to those friendly people at the menders?
