OK. Some time ago Scoobz sent me a list of all of the service info relating to my car showing dates, mileage, dealer etc. Its obvious the former owner hadn't bothered to get the book stamped. Criminal!!

I wanted to ask him whether it was possible to get this same info in a formal document (from BMW) to keep with the service handbook to confirm that the inspections have been carried out.

Does anybody know?

Was the servicing pretty much done at the same BMW Garage? If so give them a ring, have a chat with the service manager and see if he would be so kind as to stamp it up for you if you send him the service book

e-mail me the reg no. and/or the last 7 digits of your chassis no. and i will print it off for you.
All you will have to do then is post the book to each dealer and they will happily stamp the book for you!

Hope this is of some use!

You might want to do that in a private email as opposed to posting your chassis number and reg plate on a public forum....

Still its nice to know you're alive and kicking somewhere out there and you'd have come to my rescue, if necessary Scoobz.
