E30 TOURING M3 COVERSION HELP PLEASE!!

I hope some one can help me here! i have just fitted e30 m3 front legs and rear axle into my touring but the front tracking now has about a foot of toe out?? i can get around it by maching the track rod ends down but why has this happened the pick up points on the legs look the same as my original ones?
