Selling advice: trade price?

As mentioned earlier I have a 3.0l Z4 for sale. Dealer has offered £22k. Are there any key reasons why this is substantially below book (£24k)?

I realise I can hang on and try and sell it privately - but am not sure whether the z4 is an easy car to sell on or not - any advice

Hi Sam, Simple... Soft Top + Shitty Weather...

Dealers will have to mark them up cheap or bank on having them for 3 months (til the weather picks up)...

You'll probably find that in a month or two your car will start be worth the same...

In May/June they will be fighting for your car.

I too have an M3 Evo Cab E36 im selling.I phoned a few dealers too see roughly how much I would get and I fell about laughing at the offers so I will hold one too it till the right offer or spring.
Just Hang in there.

thanks I was a little pissed off at the offers. I guess I will just hold on till May/June - hopefully will get a decent private buyer!
