60,000 miles in 2 years I love it. Bought a new Range Rover 6 months ago for work it now has 3,000 miles on it, unless I have to go on site it stays in the garage.

Are we talking SMG (E36) or SMG-II (E46)?

SMG-II is fabulous and I wouldn't order another M car without it. One of the best features on the M3, especially considering the state of our roads these days. Really does give you the best of an auto and a manual, but beware.... it does take a bit of getting used to and not even all dealers know how to drive it smoothly, so a lot of people are put off because of quick test drives.

Just sold my Sept 03 M3 SMG - great car and I cannot see myself buying another manual. If you are thinking of buying one I really would recommend buying used as the price of them has really taken a hit I guess because the new 3 series is on its way.
