hello can anyone help me, does anyone know if they made the Z1 in right hand drive like a UK spec if there is such a thing, and are these common.

thanks very much

www.zroadster.net is a good source of info, they are LHD only I believe, regards numbers someone told me there was only around a mere 80 or soo (some have come over as european imports)

If they were a bit cheaper I quite fancy one myself, as they have a lot going for them

BMW 325i (E30)mechanics and plastic bodies(so no rust) best of both worlds!

Without sounding too much like a spotter, all the official BMW Z1's that were made (8012 in total with just 72 being imported officially in GB) as a LHD. The only RHD drive conversion that i am awear of is the Griffen Motorsport version. I have no idea how many were sold but they were £48,631 in 1990, £11,706 over the cost of a standard LHD. It was increased in engine size taking the Bhp to 224 over the standard 170.
