Where can I get my 530 fixed

Where can I take my 530 to get the rain sensor fixed ? The car is under warranty and has had 5 all day visits to the local main dealer in addition to two new windscreens but still no go. BMW UK listen politely but don’t call back, independents say, sorry mate haven’t got the software to fix it. I am at a loss to know what to do, any advice or technical info would be appreciated.

In my experience, if you go to the next dealer away and mention that your local one is crap, they'll move heaven and earth to fix the problem in the hope that you'll become a regular.

Yes I guess that is what I will have to do, bit of a bore though, the next closest dealer is part of the same company and the next one is a fair distance to go and probably not get it fixed. It’s not as if it is a subjective thing that I am grumbling about. The function simply doesn’t work and they hold their hand up and say they have no idea how to fix it, which I think is astonishing.
