Anyone got an E46 coupe, with a squeak?

Hello

My Apr 04 320CD has an annoying squeak that happens when I get out of the drivers seat. The noise comes from the rear drivers side wheel..

My dealer (bmw not drug) claims they all do this as it is the handbrake, anyone else have the same ?

Ok so I dont own an E46, but my E36 has the same creak/squeak noise from the rear brake occasionally.

I wouldn't worry about it
