Have 1989 E30 Touring.
220 BHP 215lb/ft torque.
Should i sell it and what might it be worth, or should i strip out uneccesary weight and track day/ hillclimb it.
What would a pair of cloth Recaro's be worth.

Agree with the above - there's nothing quite like seeing a big car being hurled up a hill at speed. Your mind is telling you it shouldn't really be doing it, but it just looks cool!

Good effort!! Have a look on e36coupe.com as there is a guy on there talking about doing an E30 race series or similar.

They would love your car for sure!

I might have to remove the slippy diff in that case.
Thanks for the fedback guys, i am rebuilding my Taz racer using a Cosworth V6 in place of the Capri 2.8 engine so most of the effort will be getting ready for next years race season.
The BMW racing mentioned sounds interesting and potentially relatively cheap.

Just been on the E36 website. Is it the £200 touring cars you mean.
If i was to sell my car i would want at least 10 times that as there is over £3,000 in the engine alone, with just 18K on it.
