I too have a 325. mine's a 93K m-tech. Bright red, so I guess it will be pink soon! Anyhow, Any thoughts on how to get a few more horses out of it without breaking the bank? Only 2 previous and only 65k. I've considered the induction kit and a chip, but any opinions on their effect would help.
Roger.

Decent CAI kit, back box. Re-map or chip. Depends if you can find someone who can remap the OBD I software

Modified throttle body does wonder for driveability, throttle response and petrol consumption

I still haven't got round to the superchip. Summer has been fun but pricey so the car has stayed as is!
There are a number of chips you can buy on the internet for upwards of £50 that promise all sorts. But that's not fitted, often from dubious sources that don't have any reference on the web and probably worth avoiding (unless anyone knows otherwise?). Superchips is a standard upgrade which should give 206 BHP from 192 and bring the lbs/ft closer to that of the 328i (whose only real advantage over the 325 is low down grunt, 328's BHP is barely different at 193).
The only other change I'd like to make is 17 inch Alpina Turbine alloys. My local tyre dealer will deal on a set, with Potenza's for around £800.
