330ci aircon ?

Hi Guys
Car went in for service yesterday and asked them to look at the aircon thats not been working properly all summer...... turns out that the condenser is buggerd and they have quoted me £800 to swap it out
A) does anyone know a good BMW specialist in/near York
B) how much should I expect to pay
C) how difficult would it be to swap out myself, as a mate has the same model but is a company car.

had exactly the same issue with mine, and the price is about right.
i use TSC in High Wycombe, saved a fortune on labour rate and they're also a good sourse of 2nd hand parts - would be worth giving Tim a ring (Tel: 01494 436242)
job is quite laborious, would not want to do it to 2 cars to swap into your mates co.car!
