M5 big time - Oil Loss

Hi There, anyone had problems with the oil system on their M5, mine keeps building up pressure in the crankcases which forces the oil out of the filler cap all over the place? It got so bad BMW fitted a new engine (still under extended waranty thank goodness), anyway 4000 miles later, its started doing it again - on a new engine! Is this a known fault?

Please let me know if you know of this fault as I need to prove the point to BMW.

Have you had a look at the forums on www.BM3W.co.uk? There is someone trying to organise some kind of class action from there. I had details passed to me but it's not really appropriate for my bog standard 3 series.
