Valuation question

I'm considering a 320d touring from a (non BMW) dealer. Spec, facelift 2002 model 150hp, met green, cream leather interior and some nice wood, climate, cruise, parking, 6cd, 51k miles, just had insp2. Up for sale at £15,600. Needs a bonnet respray due to heavy chipping (will be done at a BMW garage by dealer).

Is this a good price?

From whats currently for sale in Autotrader it looks about right, theres one £100 cheaper, but then theres another £2500 more, so as long as it's straight it looks as good a deal as your going to get

It does seem like a reasonable deal, there is some remedial work to be done on it but nothing major.
