I like it.
Best thing Mr Bangle has done yet. I generally go by first impressions, although have been proved wrong with the 5 series, I like it now, but initially thought it was a complete pig.

Still not sure about the dashboard not sloping towards the driver. That always used to impress me about BMW's, they were centred around the driver, buy now seem to be following the trend of flat fascias.

Maybe I am stuck in the past and need to progress.
Nice design this, and looks like a very good package.

That little advert aside, I'm finding myself liking the 5 series a lot more now that at launch. 7 is still a pig tho and the lights/grille on the Z4 and 6 really don't appeal to me, they just make the cars look miserable. Hey-ho, I can't afford a BMW anyway and don't particularly want one. I just though the PH-ers would like this photos.

The back's just like a Toyota. Can't remember its name buts its the one with the advert where the businessmen come out of the expensive gym and instead of getting into an S class Merc or such they get into a brown Toyota (not even a Lexus)!

Not to sure, I didn't like the 5 series when it came out but it's growing on me.
The side has a hint of Rover 75 or Jag s type.
The latest evolution of the 3 series on the roads now is soooooo nice especially the M3 you'll never beat that!!!

I hate the shape of every new BM but eventually it grows on me...this i can never like.

What a let down. Is the designer an insider from Audi or Merc or something? Intent on distroying the BMW looks. I mean how does such a beast get approved by the board?!

All of the latest designs have been a step backwards from the models they replaced.

I like this more than the new 5,6,7,z4 etc but its still not as nice as an E46

It is funny how they grow on you i hated the 7 and the 5 but now i really quite like them

I'm not keen on the 7, it looks very bloated. The 5 is a design that grows on you, it's best view being from the rear, especially the bigger engine versions with wider rear tyres etc. M5 will be a real looker. This though I'm not sure...change for changes sake....probably. I agree the current 3 is better looking but I'd say the E36 my favourite.
