Sorry for being a bit direct, but due to the inclement weather my rear seals have been leaking a bit.

Vehicle is an E34 525i, water is coming into the car, and becoming obvious by a wet nearside seatback and seat base. The interior light on the c pillar is showing a dribble of water underneath, which appears to be soaking the rear seatback, and onto the base.

I have taken the light, headlining and c pillar covering trim away from the affected area. The door rubber looks ok, and the sunroof drain is ok. It is getting in sonewhere, but where?

Any ideas gratefully received.
Mike

Mmm - rear window seal?. My E36 had perished seals at 5 years old.

Edited to add that you could try a call to a friendly service dept or specialist to see if its a common problem...
