Does the group think people buy 325ti looking for a cheap car? A blank canvas ?
I'm wondering whether I'd find more buyers if I take out some of the valuable bits like the Kenwood Android Auto Apple Carplay headunit and maybe swap the Style 42 for a less desirable set of Style 35 on older tyres. Maybe £200 off for the radio (it's worth that much to me) and looking at used prices another £200 off for the wheel swap. Then drop the price to £2599? Any thoughts?

I think the mileage will be (wrongly) putting people off. Your location is also tricky for many.
The head unit looks a bit off, TBH. It will add value for certain buyers though. If you can part out bits on it such that your overall return is higher, and can be bothered with the extra effort, it may be worth it.

Thanks, I'll perhaps try swapping out the Kenwood (I have a lesser double din Sony that can go in). Sadly I don't still have the original shocks and springs as a B12 Prokit is just shy of £1000 alone, before drop links, arms, bushings and fitting. All in the suspension is worth not far short of £2k fitted...
If anyone actually comes and drives the car (I've offered Sutton, South London as well as Dorset) they will be amazed. It's a better drive than my 996, better than my mk7.5 Fiesta ST, miles ahead of my Mk5 Golf GTI and not far short of my 968 Sport or 987 Cayman.
At this age, 150k miles is 7k miles per year. Unless other cars have been garaged all their lives in dehumidified garages, I'd personally be more worried about one that has not been used regularly.

Thanks Mark, so do I and frankly I've been rather baffled that it's not already sold. If you read the advert I think it should be clear that this car hasn't wanted for anything or been run on a shoestring. I look at the other cars on sale and I can see it would take £3-4k to bring them up to this condition.
A good condition car that is slightly modified always seems to take longer to sell. Many are scared of 'modifications' and it is not priced cheaply enough for the drift boiz to pick it up.
Wider economic worries might also have people holding back on purchases generally.
I would leave it priced as it is unless you are in urgent need of the cash. You could perhaps add a 'walk round' video to show 'real life' condition and to illustrate it firing up with no warning lights etc.

I'd be tempted to come and have a look, but I really have to shift to another car first, so I wouldn't want to waste your time.
To be honest, the head unit was putting me off, as it looks a bit of a mess, even though I assumed you probably have the standard head unit anyway!
Swapping the suspension and wheels seems like a lot of effort, really, and I suspect it is the mileage and "SE" spec putting people off. My previous ti was an SE on 138k, so this doesn't bother me.

I don't have the original headunit and suspect it would be pretty useless now anyway. The eagle eyed will have seen that this is a shark fin car, denoting that it was originally fitted with £2500 professional Satnav, analogue TV, 6 disc Alpine cd charger etc. I've removed about 20kg of DVD Satnav players, CD changer, TV tuner etc from the boot! I have the original bill of sale with this on the spec sheet.
The mileage wouldn't put me off - M54s are pretty much bomb-proof!
I wouldn't be bothered about the SE spec either because all the 325tis had the M-Sport suspension and seats regardless of whether they were SE or Sport models.
It just seems to be a difficult time to sell anything that is slightly niche, but it just needs the right person to see it so good luck.

Weirdly my previous one was also a Nav car, so I too removed it all as it was a lot of weight in a track car! I guess some other simpler aftermarket headunit would do.I've mounted the headunit a little more tidily and uploaded a video walk around.
