i know there were issues with the early S2000 and most of these have been sorted in the new model.
is it possible to modify the early versions so that they are as good as the laters versions regarding handling/sterring etc?
im not talking about hardcore racing setups, just a sweet road car, rather than something that is kinda dissappointing on the bends...

However.
The revisions made in 03 and 04 were to soften the suspension rather than harden it.
I've got an 03 model and think that its the dogs on the road, and would maybe even prefer the 04 as it doesn't get tracked any more (take the Ginetta instead).
To get the best out of it on the track, I would go for the earlier setup rather than the later ones. However, it will still be a compromise as to get a really quick track setup, you wouldn't have a hope on the roads.
