Hello mate
Try the two links below and give these guys a call
I used Powerstation and they were really helpful with my Impreza, but I seem to remember one of the guys there had a modified Forester.

The same options are available for turbo Foresters as for the turbo Impreza whether it be brakes, suspension or engine. 2001> Forester ECU can be mapped by an opensource tuner, and earlier cars as well i believe by an EcuTek dealer, although i'm not 100% sure on that about the earlier cars.
If you want something that's more practical and a bit roomier than the impreza, certainly more comfy (seating), is very almost as quick and has some reasonable off-road capability, the Forester is the way to go.
If you want to go very quickly cross country/motorways and want to be able to carry a resonable amount of kit or your dogs, the Impreza WRX sportwagon or a Turbo Legacy estate is king.
