99 2.0 T Impreza wagon

Evening folks.
I don't normally browse this part of the forum but I'm after some advice please.
I've got my hands on my brother's Impreza wagon to fettle up a bit before we sell it.
I've taken it for test today (Better to sell with 12 months ticket no?) and it's failed on all four anti roll bar bushes and one of his dogs has bitten through the O/S/R seatbelt causing it to be weak in the event of a crash.
Now a few questions for you seven sisters lot...
What size poly bushes do I need? I've found a shop on Ebay selling all four for not that much tbh http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Subaru-Front-Rear-Anti-Roll-...
So I need to know the correct size. Anyone help?
Also regarding the seatbelt. Is the same belt used for all positions in the car, or do I need the specific O/S/R belt?
And finally... How much can we expect to get for it with 12 month ticket and 6 month tax? It's a UK car, 2 owners inc my brother with a fair bit of S/H hasn't been used for drug runs Etc. It's been chipped but don't have the paperwork for that.
AND.... Most importantly it's got national trust and RNLI stickers in the back window.
Now it is dinted on nearly every panel, the alloys have flaked and his dogs have been "playing" in the car hence the seatbelt but one door card is chewed.
How much do you think I can get for it with 115,000M on the clock?
