Have been having real troubles getting onto S/N for the past week.

Works for me at the moment although it does crash quite often.

Well whatever they've done has cocked up my access!
Still, I'm getting busier at work at the moment and getting broadband at home soon so shouldn't be a problem, but it affects all the machines I use in the office.

Might be a problem up my end....so to speak....

To the best of my knowledge it has been OK for the last week. It is now running on new software and servers which has improved things. It hasn't been down in the last week.
