As already mentioned have a look at the forum on www.sxoc.com there is a good insurance section right at the bottom. I think the best quotes so far have been from HIC, there is a contact name in there somewhere, give that a try.
As already said they are good cars, easy to tweak and a lot of tuning parts now coming onto the second hand market. My 200 is currently running about 250, but 300 is quite easy to achieve. See profile for pic if you are interested.

My CRX VTEC was a group 12 but only worked out £30 cheaper than my group 15 Celica.
This was 3 years ago when I was 27.
Sometimes the groups dont seem to make much difference.
Try Bell Direct. I got amazing quotes for them on modded Jap cars earlier this year
and have heard people in their early 20s getting similar quotes to me. (this was for MR2 Turbos though)
