Heard about your Tuscan handling issues Sorry to hear you are changing your mind.

Good choice in the 350Z, what specs are you getting...I'm not getting one, but interested in your choices. Obviously won't be in a reflex colour...

.. yeah, you're right there Steve.

Actually had the Z pre-ordered since last year, and was lucky enough to bag one of the first 450 coming in this year. She's gonna be GT spec, Gun Metal (just like the Tugger) with alezan orange leather, and 18" Rays alloys. The full mutt's nuts then basically...

Just bought my first private plate today (I feel giddy!):
0003 ZED

To be honest, this car is one reason I can't sink any more loot into the Tuscan. Have a strict budget if I want both cars, and the Tuscan is trying to make me go over it...

Will you still let me come on Tuscan runs?

Good one rafee

I was actually in Texas on Z-Day, but thankfully my dealer tried my mobile phone and I picked it up, literally right before I was about to switch it off on the plane. He said they'd been taking orders for 40 minutes and he had expected to hear from me, and had I not got the invitation. I was like "What invitation?!". So I had to decide the spec there and then. I'm very very lucky...

I'm joining the the club too. Put down deposit last week after selling the Cerb.

Dealer estimated around 12 months waiting but to be confirmed this week. I was intending to buy a Tuscan (still do) but thought no harm in ordering the Z anyway. It's gonna be cheap to run and depreciation will be virtualy non existent for a year or two.

What u asking for your Tuscan? 12 months is a long time in a BMW 320d.

I didn't go for the Rays. Thought £1k was too much for -5kg per wheel and the standards looked pretty good. Am I missing something? Plenty time to change the order.

I just got the Rays 'cos I liked how they looked. In retrospect it was a great choice, since adding them meant getting an October '03 car, but I didn't know that at the time.

My Tuscan's sold and I will be entertaining myself with a 2001 Lotus Elise from the end of this week. I wanted something fun for the summer and the track that would also compliment the Z very nicely when I get it, and the Elise seemed ideal.

saw one in the flesh at the canary wharf expo today, very very nice! at £26 K for a 2 seater coupe, 6 seconds to 60 and a 3.6 v6 sounds like a bargain!

what is the waiting list like? i spoke to a nice rep at the nissan stand and she said they are being launched this Oct 1...
