Been a lurker (mainly) on pistonheads for a while, just noticed this section which is right up my street so I thought I'd introduce myself.
I've been running my '89 Supra Turbo for about two years now. Knew nothing about cars when I bought it but I've since fitted an uprated turbo and bigger fuel injectors, along with a few other goodies, to get the power up to around 300-350bhp (and it's still reliable!). Currently I'm half way through putting in a new block with forged pistons and race spec bearings and fasteners, in preparation for a major turbo/fuel system upgrade with a mappable ECU. Should see me well over 500bhp on pump fuel when it's all done!
See you aound guys! I presume you lot go to the big jap meets like Bolney/Billing etc...?
