Mitsy Oxygen Sensor - Galant
Discussion
The pesky check engine light came on Christmas day evening, I'm told it's one of the upstream oxygen sensors (2001 V6). Merry Christmas ho hum. Is there a cheaper way than £150 plus fitting (£40) for the dealer replacement? I have the Haynes manual and DIY replacement _looks_ fairly straightforward but most of the cost looks to be the part. A company called www.gendan.co.uk look a possibilty, any experiences or tips? Is a non-dealer part worth considering? They are apparently quite delicate... Thanks
