help!! need hints/tips buying Evo 2 GSR

Hi all,
First off, glad to be part of the community!!
Second, sorry if this type of question is already posted..

I’m looking at a EVO GSR II locally and need a few pointers on what to look out for when I go to view & test, The spec is fairly standard:
Blitz exhaust/Blitz bov and turbo timer..
There is 70000miles on the clock and was imported a couple of years ago but there’s no S.H with the car.
It’s a little rough around the edges but it’s the mechanical side I am a little apprehensive about, as you can imagine

I would totally appreciate you guys in gals for any hints/tips I can take to the viewing
