Hi all, a friend has just been advised that the oxygen sensor in her car needs replacing (Bank 1 oxygen sensor, she was told.) They've quoted £165 for the part and £250 for fitting. This sounds a bit much to me. Any suggestions / recommendations here? Can the sensor be cleaned up and refitted or is this really a Toyota only job?
Any advice appreciated.
Cheers, Richard.

can't find a link now to a actual toyota one but, i remember many a time it being asked on toyota forums and basically they are generic parts all about the cost as shown in he link. Ask on IMOC someone will give a direct link to a web supplier.
